Our goal is to please you in every way. We take great pride in being involved and taking your concerns to heart. If for any reason you are not pleased, just contact us and we will work with you to make you happy.
Shipping
We do are best to have all items represented on our web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our products, this is not always possible. If an item you have chosen is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Items will be shipped to you registered insured mail, signature required, using the US Post Office. We will try to accommodate rush orders or overnight delivery requests.
Charge Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Sales Tax
We are not required to collect sales tax for purchases shipped to states other than Tennessee and Georgia. Applicable sales tax will only be added for deliveries within these two states.
Warranty
Our jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects or workmanship. If a stone is lost or the item is compromised due to manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship, we will repair the item and replace any lost stones at no charge to you. Warranty does not apply to items that have been abused, neglected of routine check-ups and normal wear and tear.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase you are not completely satisfied with. All items must be returned registered mail in the original packaging, in saleable condition within 30 days, and accompanied by a sales receipt. This excludes special orders or custom purchases.
To make a return you will need a Return Authorization Number. Please call us at (770) 234-9529 to obtain a return authorization number. The RA# must be outside of the package you are returning.
